About

We’re building the studio sellers wished they’d had from day one.

Sales6 exists so a rep’s first calls aren’t paid for by real prospects. A studio in the browser, a digital prospect on the other end, an honest scorecard at the close. The mistakes that used to happen in front of a client now happen in front of a microphone.

Origin

Why we built Sales6.

Sales6 was born inside Cogni6, our Quebec-based business analysis firm. Talking with entrepreneurs and business owners, we kept seeing the same problem come back. A rep who had never tested their script, their opener, or their answers to objections ended up rehearsing everything in front of a real prospect. When the tone, the energy, or the comeback fell short, the deal vanished. Not because the prospect refused to buy, but because the rep wasn’t ready to close. The miss belonged entirely to the rep. Practicing in front of a mirror gets you nowhere: you’re missing the partner who interrupts, who asks the unexpected question, who forces your thinking to reorganize on the fly. We ended up building the tool we kept trying to recommend.

An unforced error
He lost a $10,000 sale. The client was ready, the timing was right, the budget was there. It was the rep who wasn’t ready. The deal slipped through his fingers. In tennis, that’s called an unforced error. In business, it’s called a missed sale and a lost commission.
Our belief

Selling isn’t a gift. It’s a practice.

You can train for it. Do it in private. Measure what changes from one session to the next. Start again Monday morning. That’s what we do for running, for music, for elite sport. Not for selling. That’s the gap we’re closing.

Mission

Get every rep ready before their next call.

Most deals aren’t lost because the product disappoints or the price slips. They’re lost because the rep isn’t ready to defend them. Our mission fits in one sentence: give the rep the place to train, fail, start again, without a single prospect paying the cost.

Values

Six lines we hold to.

  1. 01

    Practice before theory

A five-minute simulation teaches more than a full-day workshop. We design for the button you press, not the video you watch.

  2. 02

    Measurement over opinion

Talk-listen ratios, detected objections, time-stamped transcripts: facts replace impressions. No improvement holds without data.

  3. 03

    Small team, high standards

We’re a light squad. We write less code and keep it longer. Every detail we let slip shows; every detail we sweat shows too.

  4. 04

    Private by default

A training session belongs to the rep as long as they choose to keep it to themselves. No public dashboard, no manager in surveillance mode. Trust first, coaching second.

  5. 05

Honest in the short term, ambitious in the long term

What we ship today stands as is: no phantom features, no fabricated stats. We grow slow, but we grow straight.

  6. 06

In service of the rep, not the dashboard

If a feature doesn’t help one more rep close, it doesn’t get built. A pretty manager’s dashboard is never an excuse for added weight on the seller’s daily life.

Working with us

We hire rarely. We read every message.

Sales6 is part of Cogni6, a team based in Quebec. We grow slowly, by necessary steps. When we’re looking for someone (product, design, engineering, sales, market research), it’s rarely posted. If you see yourself in what we’re building, reach out. We answer.
